Hi, just thought I'd let you know that I followed this recipe tonight and it turned out wonderfully! My friend is allergic to eggs and had never had doughnuts before, and so I invited him over and he brought an "egg substitute" that he gets at a health food store. He and I ate the whole batch of doughnuts tonight, and they couldn't have been much better!
One note - you don't mention when we're supposed to add the egg. I assume it's when you mix in the wet ingredients, which is when I added it. Other than that I've got no complaints. Thanks for sharing!
