- Murunga keerai (Drumstick leaves) - Handfull
- Jeera - 1 tbsp
- Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
- Rava - 5 tsp
- Dosa mavu (Batter) - 1/2 cup
- Maida (All purpose flour ) - 3 tsp
- Green chilly - 2 nos (as per ur taste)
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
Directions to cook :
# Mix all the ingredients together & the batter should be thin in consistency.
# Heat the pan, rotate a scoop of batter in a clockwise direction to form a circle.
# Apply oil on the corners & cook till crispy and brown in color.
Serve them hot with chutneys.
