Masala bread toast

Weekly day mornings will be a like a olympic games, I literally run arround the kitchen. Nowdays, bread & cornflakes r becoming our family staple breakfast. Making little variating will make the big difference & taste unique.

Masala bread toast would be a perfect breakfast & I m sure ur family will just love this !

Ingredients :

  1. Bread slices - 6 nos
  2. Egg - 2 nos
  3. Besan powder - 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Onion - 3 nos
  6. Green chilly - 3 (as per ur spice level)
  7. Ginger - 1/2 pc
  8. Corriander leaves
  9. Salt to taste

Directions to cook :

# Grind onion, green chilly, ginger & salt together.

# Meanwhile, beat the egg with a pinch of salt & turmeric powder.

# Now, mix the onion paste, kadala mavu, corrainder leaves with the egg & it look like this.


# Heat the pan, dip the bread slices to this mixture & shallow fry them till golden brown or until cooked.


Serve hot with ketchup.

Thanks all for ur lovely yummy notes. S, that my dog neha. After my child birth, I have to forcefully give him to my inlaws. So he is with them now. So, I love him & miss him too.

Lovley toast, I won't eat eggs but i used to give to my kids, this is a twist for the ususal egg bread.
