- Sour mango - 1 medium sized
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 seeds
- Hing - a pinch
- Red chillies - 6 nos
- Curry leaves - 5 nos (optional)
- Oil - double the quantity of mango
- Salt to taste
Hot & spicy mango thokku pickle is ready to serve.
1. Use only the sour mangos. If desired, add mustard seeds along with curry leaves.
2. Adjust the spice level by using the pure red chilli powder.3. Store it in the refrigerator.
4. 1 : 2 or 3 cups is the proportion to use (mango : Oil)
