Ingredients :
- Yam - small sized
- Oil for deep frying
- Chilly powder to spice
- Tamarind extract (concentrated) - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder
Direction to cook :
1. Combine the yam pieces, turmeric powder, chilly powder, tamarind extract & salt to taste. Now cook (either pressure cooker or microwave) the yam mixture.
2. Heat the oil and deep fry the cooked yam pieces till crispy.
Serve with rice.

Yum ...always love this ..I do almost same way except tamarind
